DOOM trust and safety

Seller Standards

The minimum performance required to sell trusted inventory on DOOM.

Pilot effective date: September 8, 2026

Accurate inventory

List only inventory you possess or are authorized to sell. Use the correct canonical product, printing, language, finish, edition, grade, certification number, quantity, and condition. Disclose alterations, damage, missing components, and other material facts.

Original photographs

Every listing requires at least one clear, current photograph showing the actual item or inventory condition. Certified items should show the front and back of the holder and readable certification details without obscuring defects.

Fulfillment

Ship within seven calendar days. Use protective packaging appropriate to the item value, attach valid tracking only after carrier acceptance, and comply with DOOM's insurance and signature requirements. Never reuse tracking from another transaction.

Communication and conduct

Respond honestly to transaction questions and evidence requests. Do not move a DOOM transaction off-platform, manipulate prices or bids, create misleading scarcity, sell counterfeits, or interfere with another user's account.

Performance

Late shipment, cancellation, non-delivery, authenticity failures, chargebacks, or policy violations may lead to listing limits, payout holds, reserves, suspension, or account removal.
