Information collected
DOOM collects account and profile details, shipping addresses, listings and photographs, cart and transaction records, shipment and tracking data, dispute evidence, support submissions, device and security logs, and marketplace activity. Payment providers collect card, bank, identity, and tax information under their own notices; DOOM does not store complete card or bank credentials.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, search, listings, checkout, shipping, payouts, fraud prevention, customer support, disputes, legal compliance, and DOOM's first-party market history and aggregated analytics. Private contact and shipping information is not published as market data.
Sharing
Information may be shared with payment processors, carriers, storage and hosting providers, professional advisers, authentication partners, and authorities when required to operate a transaction, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Public listings display seller-provided product information and photographs.
Retention and security
DOOM retains transaction, payout, dispute, tax, fraud, and legal records as needed for operational and compliance purposes. Access is restricted by role; secrets and payment credentials are stored outside public source code. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Users may update profile information through their account. During the private pilot, privacy, correction, or deletion questions can be submitted through DOOM's in-product Request page. Some transaction or legal records cannot be deleted immediately.
