Covered
- The shipment never arrives and carrier or order evidence confirms non-delivery.
- The package arrives without the purchased item.
- The received item is verified as counterfeit or fails the represented authenticity.
- Applicable law or payment-network rules require another remedy.
Not covered
- Changing your mind, finding a lower price, investment losses, or ordinary buyer's remorse.
- Condition differences that were clearly shown and accurately described.
- Damage caused after delivery or an item altered, opened, regraded, or switched after receipt.
Post-delivery loss
Loss or theft after carrier-confirmed delivery is generally outside DOOM buyer protection unless credible evidence shows carrier misdelivery, missing contents, seller wrongdoing, or another remedy required by law or payment-network rules.
Untracked envelope election
Eligible single ungraded cards below $100 may offer an untracked First-Class envelope. The buyer must expressly choose and acknowledge this option. USPS provides no tracking or carrier delivery confirmation for ordinary First-Class letters, so DOOM cannot provide tracking-based delivery evidence. The buyer may confirm receipt or report non-delivery; if neither happens and no dispute is open, the order auto-completes 14 days after the seller documents mailing. This election does not waive rights that applicable law or a payment network does not permit the buyer to waive.
Report window
Delivery-related missing-content or authenticity reports must be opened through the order page within three calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery. Non-delivery can be reported after the promised shipment or delivery window has failed. Payment-network obligations and applicable law still apply independently.
Evidence and resolution
Keep the item, slab, serial numbers, packaging, labels, photographs, and communications. DOOM may request additional evidence or independent authentication. Approved counterfeit claims may require return of the original item in unchanged condition before refund completion. Seller payouts remain blocked during review.
